A mother and entrepreneur, Tatiana understands what it means to build something from the ground up. Her leadership is driven by responsibility, consistency, and the belief that strong businesses are built on people—not just processes.
Currently advancing her expertise in Construction Project Management at George Brown College, Tatiana continues to strengthen her operational and strategic knowledge to better serve clients and lead with precision.
With firsthand experience in workforce management and property services, she leads Bloom with clarity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence—showing up every single time.
